We have developed a methodology that oversees everything we do, from the first client meeting all the way to the launch of a digital solution. REAL WORLD UX
There used to be a time when user experience testing meant a group of people sat at desks in a lab running through test scripts.
But this is so far from how people use the web, it simply is not useful. We test outside of labs, in real world environments, with distractions on every type of device. We track eyes, fingers against user journeys, and run tasks so we can truly understand what they need, want and how to make it a better experience.
